Meet the Team

Jamieson Pierce, PMP, PMI-ACP - President and Founder

Drawing on his extensive experience in the U.S. Air Force, Jamieson recognized his strength as a visionary leader with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset and a deep understanding and commitment to driving positive impact within government program offices.

With 18 years of award-winning program management experience and 15 years of air and space intelligence operational expertise, Jamieson brings a critical understanding of complex defense environments. Currently serving as the Enterprise Agile Strategist for the AFLCMC Medium Altitude UAS Program Office, Jamieson leads agile transformation initiatives and provides agile project management training and consulting to a program office of over 500 personnel. His strategic insight and hands-on leadership continues to drive innovation and efficiency across large-scale defense programs.

Kyle Shelton, PMP, PMI-ACP - Senior Enterprise Agile Strategist

Kyle has been with Collaborative Agile Solutions LLC (CAS) since 2023 and is an expert in guiding organization’s through Agile transformation by tailoring curriculum and services around their specific structure, projects, stakeholders, and challenges.

With over 15 years of award-winning program management experience spanning a wide range of advanced weapon systems, Kyle brings a proven track record of delivering mission-critical results. He has spent more than eight years specializing in MQ-9 programs, contributing to initiatives including PMATS, JUONs, SBIRs, and the cutting-edge SkyRange hypersonics effort. As a strategic leader, he pioneered the Technology Management Effort (TME) strategy within the MQ-9 System Program Office, demonstrating a unique ability to align complex, enterprise-wide projects with overarching strategic objectives. His forward-thinking approach continues to drive innovation and operational excellence across the defense sector.

Brad Schroeder - Systems Technology Strategist

Joining Collaborative Agile Solutions LLC (CAS) in 2023, Brad provides Enterprise technology planning and alignment, uniquely crafting strategies and services around an organization’s specific structure, projects, stakeholders, and challenges.

With 16 years of award-winning systems engineering experience across a broad spectrum of advanced weapon systems, Brad is a recognized leader in defense innovation and integration. He has developed and executed cutting-edge strategies for the seamless integration of software, weapons, retrofits, and training systems, significantly enhancing operational capabilities. At the MQ-9 System Program Office, he spearheaded the groundbreaking Lead-Off Hitter Operational Flight Program (OFP) strategy, further showcasing his strategic foresight. Renowned for his ability to align complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with long-term strategic objectives, Brad consistently delivers impactful solutions that drive mission success.

Karen Zuest - SharePoint Solutions Architect

Karen became a part of the Collaborative Agile Solutions LLC (CAS) team in 2024, and has continuously demonstrated a commitment to innovative SharePoint solutions that empower organizations to achieve their business objectives.

With over 11 years of specialized experience in SharePoint solution architecture and implementation, Karen is an established expert in designing and delivering high-impact digital environments within the U.S. Air Force. As the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert for HQ Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), Karen has consistently demonstrated the ability to navigate complex, USAF-specific policies to maximize the operational value of enterprise solutions. Deeply engaged in the planning and design phases of SharePoint implementations, she focuses on aligning technical architecture with strategic business objectives. Leveraging a deep knowledge of SharePoint, Office 365, and the Power Platform, Karen delivers well-informed, scalable solutions that support long-term operational success.

Michelle Schaefer - Enterprise Agile Strategist

Michelle came on board with Collaborative Agile Solutions LLC (CAS) in 2024, delivering reviews, standardization, integration, and roadmap documentation for both business and technical operations to ensure organizational success.

With over 20 years of Department of Defense program management experience, Michelle brings a depth of leadership and operational insight to complex acquisition and transformation initiatives. Her background includes three years of air and space intelligence operations, where she played a key role in the integration of digital transformation strategies at both tactical and strategic levels. Over the past 15 years, she has provided master scheduling and agile project management training and consulting to teams across the enterprise. Notably, she led the successful integration and organization of schedules and processes for what was then the third-largest acquisition program in the U.S. Air Force—achieving in six months what had challenged teams for five years. Michelle's ability to drive alignment, efficiency, and transformation makes her a trusted leader in the defense acquisition community.

Gus Mulliken - Enterprise Agile Strategist

Gus started with the team early 2025, and specializes in leading organizations through Agile transformation by customizing training and services to align with their unique structures, projects, stakeholders, and challenges.

A seasoned Technical Program Manager, Gus brings over a decade of experience leading initiatives within an $88 billion technology organization, along with more than 12 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. He pioneered the first standardized roles and responsibilities for the Business Unit Security Advisor (BUSA) position within a 10,000-person organization, setting a new benchmark for enterprise security governance. His innovative approach to operational efficiency led to the transformation of manual inventory tracking through the implementation of a full-scale, zero-touch RFID system—reducing a months-long process to just five minutes. Additionally, Gus developed a SharePoint Online workflow-based ticketing system that significantly improved HPC resource allocation, supporting over 1,100 sales opportunities valued at more than $4 billion. His expertise and skillset reflects a consistent focus on modernization, automation, and strategic impact.

Taylor Dean - Human Resources Manager

Taylor joined the company in 2025 as the Human Resources Manager, bringing a strong background in supporting independent and locally owned businesses.

Prior to joining the team, she spent five years leading administrative coordination for a private healthcare clinic, where she managed both practice operations and clinic support. Known for her adaptability and ability to navigate change, Taylor excels in dynamic environments. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, and her experience in lean, fast-moving organizations and small businesses has equipped her to effectively lead HR efforts and support the company’s ongoing growth and success.
